C.G.C. is a group of 5 friends that came together to create the largest natural hair celebration in the world called CurlFest.

Up to 35,000 people attend their annual fest in New York City every summer.

It’s been called the Coachella of hair. CurlFest has been covered by Forbes, The New York Times, The Today Show, Huffington Post, and Essence.

On episode 25 we talked with one of the co-founders of the C.G.C., Simone Mair. We covered the hair care industry and she detailed their journey from 5 people to 35,000. She also gave us insight on the festival industry, the in’s and out’s, and how to get started.
